David Birtwistle, Netflix's 'Too Hot Too Handle': Bullying, Netflix, Social Media and Self-Love

Season 2 Episode 3 is here! I sit down with the one of life's really good guys, David Birtwistle. David is one of the stars of Netflix's reality TV show Too Hot To Handle which saw 14 young, very good looking singles from around the world come together... think Love Island but without the ability to do 'bits' in a Hideaway or in the bedroom.

The aim of the show was to get these single men and women, who are infamous for their ability to get physical, to form deeper connections. I binged watched it in a matter of days over lockdown so it was entirely by coincidence that David and I met through his sister (also an awesome, awesome woman too) and we recorded this beauty of an episode.

Anyway, David might be well known for his appearance on Too Hot To Handle, he's also founder of Endeavour Life, a health and wellness program which isn't your ordinary fitness program. It dives deep into your food, movement AND your mindset. David's aim is to make you happier, healthier and more mindful both in mind, body and spirit.

In this episode, we talk about David's battle with bullies growing up, what it was like being featured on Too Hot To Handle and the overnight fame that came with that. We also talk about the pressures of social media and people's mental health and his advice on achieving a happier and healthier lifestyle with your mind.

So, here's David's story and please... leave all judgement at the door.
