In this episode of The Rut, I sit down with former professional rugby player, Will Fraser. Will was part of the famous Saracens’ class of ‘08 with the likes of Owen Farrell, Jamie George, George Kruis and Jackson Wray, and is a three-time Premiership winner and double European champion. At the age of 27 Will’s career was cruelly cut short because of a series of serious injuries to his hips and neck.
However, in 2009, Will’s brother Henry suffered a life threatening spinal cord injury on holiday in Portugal, which left him paralysed from the neck down. It changed their lives forever and has completely changed their outlook on life, instilling this incredible level of hope, positivity and gratitude for the Little Big things (the title of Henry’s first book).
